the room was a nice size and it was well-appointed with a window seat i liked that secondary glazing reduced outside sound effectively the car park had space available which was useful

Heating and Burger Issues
overpriced burgericy room
The burger I ordered from the restaurant was far from gourmet. At £17, I expected more than an average burger with 14 chips and no salad. A bigger problem was the heating. My room was freezing. Reception claimed they would override the system, but the room remained icy. I ended up wearing extra layers to bed.

i stayed in a lovely room (it was very comfy). breakfast was very good. the building has a large carpark , made arrival easy. i found exploring the town easy, as i was right in the centre.

The location offered central convenience and staff interactions were notable. I found the staff very friendly. The room amenities also worked well. I could also access extra tea from the Butler room.
The car park payment system required early morning attention. This detail was slightly inconvenient for me.

the hotel's central location proved very convenient. i found the breakfast service quick. housekeeping responded promptly to my request for extra towels. a VERY spacious car park gave ample space.
during my visit, the coffee machine in the room was broken. this did not affect my experience significantly.
